Become a New Patient

Thank you for your interest in becoming a patient at Sapphire Community Health (SCHC). We provide comprehensive medical care (family medicine, pediatrics, etc.), behavioral health and psychiatry to children and adults of all ages in Ravalli County.

Becoming a new patient is very easy! Our Patient Service Representative will work with you to get you scheduled with our next available new patient appointment or if you have a preferred provider, and they are taking new patients, they will get you scheduled.

You may register as a new patient either:

• By calling our office at 406-541-0032
• Walking in during business hours

Finances should never be a barrier to receiving your medical care. During your intake process, our Patient Service Representative may also connect you with our Patient Financial Coordinator if you have questions or need assistance with insurance or financial options including determining if you are eligible for our Sliding Fee Discount Program!
