Patient Financial Coordinator
Everyone is seen regardless of the ability to pay
As a community health center, finances should never be a barrier to accessing and receiving quality healthcare. This is what distinguishes us from others. No patient will ever be turned away regardless of their ability to pay.
We have on-site a Patient Financial Coordinator who works with our patients to ensure finances do not interfere with their care. Our coordinator will work with patients in many ways depending on their situation. This may include:
- Checking if a patient is eligible for Medicaid or another type of insurance and walking them through the process
- Reviewing eligibility for our Sliding Fee Discount Program. This is available both for uninsured patients and those with insurance who may still owe a balance.
- Setting up payment plans that work for a patients particular financial situation
